How to use Compress PDF

1. Upload a PDF file using the picker or drag and drop.
2. Set the options for this tool (pages, compression, watermark, etc.).
3. Tap Compress PDF to process, wait through the short preparation steps, then download.
4. Use Start over when you want to process another file.

How it works

ToolNest validates the upload, processes it with server-side PDF tools, and returns a downloadable file. Temporary files are not indexed and are cleaned up after use.

Limitations

• Maximum 15 MB per file
• Up to 100 pages per job
• Password-protected or corrupted PDFs may fail
• Compression results vary by content; we only report measured size changes
